  1. Once upon a time there lived a man in Dunoula named Goggins. He was noted all over the district for being a great basket and creel-maker. he used to make the creels and baskets first and then he used to work out his initials on their sides with a few coloured rods. Then he used to go to Sligo and Ballina and sell them. To show the people how strong and well made his creels were he used to jump on their sides and bottoms. He could not even warp them in the least.
