  1. The names of the games I play are, killing the chickens, hide and go seek, high gates, blind man's buff, ghost in the garden, hare and hound, fool in the middle.
    This is how we play blind man's buff. One girl puts a cap down on his eyes, in such a way that he can see nothing. Then the other boys run round him, and he tries to catch one of them. After a long time he succeeds in catching one of the boys, and then that boy has to put on the cap.
    The way to play hare and hound is, one boy pretends to be a hare, and two other boys are supposed to be two hounds, and they run after the other boy, and after a very long time they succeed in catching him, and then some other three boys play the same game. In Autumn when the blackberries
