  1. The landlords around this locality were Mr Howley and Mr Rashleigh. Mr Rashleigh was landlord for Carrowhubbuck. Mr Howley was landlord for Lacken and Quigabar.
    He lived in Bloona Lodge now owned by Mr Rouse. Landlords received all the rent from the tenants.
    The lanlord for babra was named Mr Orme. He lived in Enniscrone where Miss Greer now lives. This is still called "Ormes Lodge".
    Mr Wingfield was the landlord for Scurmore.
