    Once upon a time there lived a very wicked woman who did not like one of her twin sons just when he was born.

    Once upon a time there lived a very wicked woman who did not like one of her twin sons just when he was born. She put him in a bag and gave him to Muicin O' Muc to throw him to the pigs. But, as Muicin went to the pigstye he noticed something moving in the bag, opened it, and found a little boy inside. So he took the boy home to his wife and reared him as their own children of their own. The (story) little boy was called Dermot and at an early age he showed himself to be very clever. His foster-father sent him to the best schools he could find
