  1. There lived a man in Bishopscourt by the name of Patrick Browne, and his wife lived with him. There was a man travelling around hereby the name of Sullivan. He pretended to be off the head, and some people would not let him in. One day he came to Browne's house and Mrs. Browne who was alone would not let him in. He stripped off his clothes and went to bathe in her tub of spring water, so as to have satisfaction. The water was outside the door.
