    shot. When the Castle was building the mortar was mixed with bullock's blood. There is a stone stairs on the inside. The hole in top was pierced by a cannon ball which knocked the eastern side almost to the ground. About ten years ago the chimney was knocked by lightning.

    We have a field at home called the Parkeen. There is another called the Mountaun. There is another field named the Long Field. We have a field called the Fort Field. There is a field named the Garryharty. There is a hill named the Long Hill. There is a bridge named the Timber bridge. There is a field by Paddy Collins called the Six Acres field.
