  1. A farmer cut all the trees around a fort and having done so he brought his horse and cart to remove them. He filled up his load and prepared to move away with it when all of a sudden the horse and cart were taken clear from the ground and turned upside down and the horse and cart were useless for ever more. That finished his interference ever since with the fort.
