  1. Once there were two men who used to quarrel about land and meeting each other one night in a remote valley through which a river flowed they began to fight. After some time one man threw the other into the river, and as the river was very deep he was drowned.
    At twelve o'clock the next night the ghost of the man who was drowned appeared in his house, woke his wife and made signs for her to follow him. He led her to the part of the river where his body was and just as he pointed into the river, the moon rose and he disappeared.
