    The Starlings are the sign of frost. The rainbow is the sign of rain. There is a wave that strikes a rock out in Beale that is called "Poll a Glougar" or "The bar of Beale". When you hear this in the Summer it is the sign of very bad weather. In bad weather if the sun rose early and shone out the day would be raining.
