  1. Riddles
As round as an apple, as plump as ball, can climb the church over steeple and all?
    The sun.
What is it that always walks with it's head down?
    A nail in your boot.
    What's full and holds more?
A pot full of potatoes when you pour water in.
One half dead, the other half living, and a tail wagging?
A dog with it's head in the pot.
Headed like a thimble, tailed like a rat you may guess for ever, but you'll never guess that?
    A pipe.
Patch upon patch, without any stitches, riddle me that and I'll buy a pair of breeches?
    A cabbage.
What goes round the wood, and round the wood, but never gets into the wood?
