  1. On Good Friday say: -
God bless Friday, and Good Friday too,
For that is the day Our Saviour was crucified,
The Jews passed by with a long spear in his hand,
To dart Our Saviour from the heart to the hand.
His Precious Blodd began to flow,
His tender Mother was standing by,
With a heavy heart and a downcast eye,
Whoever shall repeat those graceful words,
Three times a day, three times a night,
Shall never enter the gates of Hell
Or die in Mortal sin. Amen.
