  1. When in bed say: -
There are four corners in my bed,
There are four angels at my head,
One to guard me, two to guide,
One to carry my soul to God.
    Matthew, Mark, Luke and John,
God bless this bed that I lay on.
If I die before I awake,
I pray to God my soul to take,
And if I die before I get up,
I give my soul to God above.
