    a fort on his journey, and he heard the most beautiful music inside in the fort. They were singing jigs and reels, and there was one there that was singing like the blackbird. "Ye are great", says Tom, and two men like soldiers came out, and one of them said, "Did I give you a chance before". They beat him, and beat him, until he was nearly dead. He went home and he died a couple of days afterwards.
    People say that it was the man's son, who was dead and appeared again, that beat him.
