    brid's home immediately after the marriage. When they go to the grooms home where there is a crowd there to welcome them, On that night a crowd of young people in the district gather up and [?] in straw. They go to the house and each on turn dance with the bride. In places they get money when they are leaving, on other places they get drink and in others nothing atall.

  2. There are lucky months for getting married which are September and June. Mostly they get married on a Monday and Wednesday and Thursday.
    The old rhyme says
    Marry in blue and your love will be true,
    Marry in green and you are not fit to be seen,
    Marry in brown and you will live
