  1. Long ago Saturday was looked upon as an unlucky day with the old people. None of them would start certain work on Saturday such as building, ploughing and if you bought any animal on that day old people would say that the animal would die. Thursday was also looked upon as an unlucky day with the old people If anyone went to live in a new house it is said they will have bad luck.
    Tuesday was looked upon as an unlucky day. The old people would not start any work on that day.
