Now said the Cloak of Darkness as "that is my work" and it started off with the Princess that night and when she had kissed the three heads the Cloak of Darkness drew its sword and cut them off and brought them to the King. He knew he could get nothing that Manus and his party would not do, so he gave the Princess to Manus and they reared a large family of note and fame in Co. Leitrim and lived happily ever after.
