    I met companions gay
    O'er hill and dale and shady grove
    We leisurely did stray.
    To famed Lough Rynn we onward went
    Where birdies' song did'st pour
    Where castle stands so very grand
    On Lough Rynn's Woody Shore.

    Like flowerets in May.
