  1. There are not many graveyards in the district. But there a graveyard in Annaduff, Cloonmorris, Feaniagh, Cloon, and also in Ballingeira. These last three are the oldest. They are circular and there is a stone wall around Cloon and Feaniagh. There are trees growing around Ballingeira graveyard in north Leitrim and also around Cloonmorris, and Annaduff graveyards. Cloonmorris graveyard got its name because it is said that St. Morris built it and there was not a sound of a hammer heard while it was being built.
