- When crows are seen flying low over land the people say that the rain is not far off or when swallows are seen flying low rain is expected. But when swallows are seen flying high it is supposed to be a sign of good weather when a rainbow is seen in the morning it is a sign of brittle weather but a rainbow at night is the shepherds delight when the sky is red it is a sign of storm.
