    There lived a man long ago whose name was Biancanni. He was of Irish and he did not know any English. He used to travel about in carriages from Dublin to Sligo selling flowers and because he knew no English he used to put up his fingers when anyone would ask the price of them. He had a very wicked horse called Black Jack and he had to blind him and he used to make him go twice the distance of his other horses to tire him. He used to get his horses changed in Dromod.
