    I believe, and was well filled. Dermody returned to Drumshanbo with the hat allright, but I believe he hadn't much of the big subscription he got.

  2. I don't believe in ghosts or fairies but I'll tell you a funny thing that happened to me one night. This night - it is about 40 or 45 years ago now - I was in old Pat Doyle's of Drumgood which is in the next townland to Aughaslane. I stayed in it till 12 oclock that night. This house had the name[?] of "lights" being about it at night.
    Right enough I often saw the lights myself running along the fields and then taking sudden jumps
