  1. I know of a lot of blessed wells. There is one in Davis and there is the track of St Patricks knees on the stone. There is a little hole near the well and some people go down to the stone and they say the rosary going and they throw in a stone or something like that into the hole.
    There is another well in Killannon named St Patricks well The track of St Patricks knees are in that well also Once a Protestant tried to take away the track he thought that the grass would grow but it never grew and the track is still to be seen.
    There is a blessed well near Spiddal called Columcilles
