  1. Long ago priests lived in a house in Tullindaly Tuam Co. Galway and bad kings came and cut off their heads and the heads hopped over fields and roads and ditches and at last they stopped and the place that they stopped a little spring well sprung up. The people buried the heads and they put little heaps of stones over them. People used to come there and if would have headaches or pains in their heads they used to go on their knees and go three times round the castle's of stones and they got cured.
