  1. About a mile from the village of Lixnaw in a district called Kiltomey is situated another fort. It is in a farm owned by Dr. Hannan. It is round in shape and is supposed to be haunted by the fairies or "good people". In the middle of the fort there is a square room with steps leading down to it but it is covered up for the last ten years.
