  1. It is considered unlucky if the bridal pair met another wedding or funeral on their way home after being married.
    It is considered unlucky if the newly-married couple meet a woman first on the way home, but if they meet a man it is said to be a lucky sign.
    If the bride break anything on her wedding-day or if anything is broken at the wedding it is considered unlucky.
    It is considered unlucky if the bride's mother is present at her daughter's wedding.
    Eggs should not be served at the wedding feast.
