Long ago the people used to put up holly on the walls so that when our Lord would come into the house during Christmas night He would see that the house was prepared for Hi and when He would be leaving He might leave some blessing after him. There was a woman who was particularly waiting for Christmas night until she would hide behind her door until she would catch Our Lord when He came in that night. It got around the village, and on Christmas night a tall man entered Mary Baker's house raised his hands in blessing and was about to depart when he was violently shoved into an adjoining room and heard the click of the lock. Then a figure appeared at the window and said that if he did not leave
