    living in Clough, Gurteen, Woodlawn, County Galway.. She was very superstitions and she could take butter from the neighbours cows. She used to have a lot of butter and she used to sell it.
    When she was dying the priest whose name was Father Coughlan was brought to anoint her and he told her if she did not give up this superstition he would put the iron in the fire, for long ago no one would be let near the fire while churning so she gave up the superstition.
