- There is a large number of feasts in the year. St. Brigid's Day, Chalk Sunday, Shrove Tuesday, Easter Sunday, May Day, St.Martin's Day, St. John's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Lent, Ash Wednesday, Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Whit Sunday, Whit Monday, St. Peter and Paul's Day, Lady Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Twelfth Day and Corpus Christi.
St. Brigid's Day.
The young people dress in white and put masks on their faces. They go around from house to house to collect money, mostly for fun they do it.
Chalk Sunday.
On chalk Sunday the people get chalk and put it on the backs of those who should be married and are not. - Shrove Tuesday
On Shrove Tuesday the people make pancakes.
Easter Sunday.
