  1. This is the first generation of the Kenny's. The ancestors came from Gurteen. My father's father was Fred Kenny and was married to Nora Tarpey who also came from Gurteen. My father's grandfather was Michael Kenny and was married to Bina Dilleen.
    My mother's name was Delia Lyons. There were three generations of the Lyons'. My mother's father's name was John Lyons and he was married to Kathleen Conlon who came from Killkerrin. Her father's name was Luke Conlon and was married to Mary Creavan who came from Newbridge.
