  1. My father told me a few cures some time ago.
    (1) If a person had a running sore or a cut in any part of his body and if he put an herb called St Patricks leaf which grows out in the field to it, it would get healed.
    (2) If a person had ringworm and if he got a gold ring and measured it around the ringworm every Thursday for three Thursdays the ringworms would disappear.
