"Thrush"
A goose's beak was put into the mouth of a child suffering from Thrush.

There were various herbs used for jaundice, sprains and bronchitis. Horsechestnut leaves were drawn like tea and the juice taken for bronchitis.
For kidney or bladder trouble
An herb called crane's bill was boiled and the juice drunk. A supply of this was collected in late Spring, saved like hay and kept for the year.
