  1. Long ago men would not shoe a horse or an ass on Friday for fear of getting a toothache. A certain man had bad teeth and he shaved on Friday. When he had finished shaving he got a toothache and he went to the dentist to pull out the teeth. That night when he came home he still had the pain and next morning he was found dead in bed.
