  1. Chincough: -
In olden times people had several cures for chincough. This is one of the local ones. The mother of the child would watch for a man driving a white horse. She would ask him for a cure. Whatever he would say, when done, would cure the sick child.
    Sore: -
It is said that there is a cure in a "dog's tongue" for a sore. People say that the seventh son or seventh daughter would have some gift.
A pain in the stomach: -
Turn the sick person upside down, and hold him by the feet. Lift him up and give him a good shaking. This operation will cure the sick person.
