    "Pay you": -
    A large river runs through Kilmorna, called the Feale. Like all rivers "sally" bushes grow on its banks. One day a fisherman was cutting bushes and as he was cutting another fisherman came to him.
    The second fisherman said, "It will pay you". Next morning the man who was cutting the bushes went with his fishing rod and caught three salmons where he had cut the bushes. Ever since the spot is called the "Pay you".
