  1. There is a big stone in Lios, or, lios dub in the townland of Ryhill and there is a track of a head and feet in it. They say it was Saint Patrick that lied in it.
    In the Townland of Monacow there a is a big stone in which is written nineteen miles. That is the length from that spot to Galway. There a big stone in the townland of Cortoon where a priest used read mass and he was killed during the penial laws. There another big stone in Ryhill and there is a big hole in the middle it and there does be water in it most of the year. They say it was a person that was buried there long ago.
