    They used have boxty and potato cakes long ago and some of them make them now-a-days.
    When a person is making potatoe cake, first the potatoes are pealed and then they are boiled and they are bolied and they are mixed up with flour and made into the shape of a cake and then it is put into the pan and after a while it is taken out of pan and eaten.
