  1. The names of the roads round here are as follows.
Kilkerrin road which leads from the country south of the town.
Ballymoe road which leads from the country north of the town.
Dunmore road which leads from the country west of the town and Creggs road which leads from the country east of the town.
Four of the roads meet in the centre of the town but the Shannagh road joins the Kilkerrin about two hundred yards from the town.
There is only one short cut around the school and it comes from Leitra school to the town and it is on top of a ditch.
