    2. It is three feet in height.
    3. The parts of it, are, the lid, the dash, and the "claibín".
    4. It is worked up and down.
    5. First the churn is washed with water, then the cream is put into it, and it is churned until all the butter is gathered together. Then it is made.
    6. It is not right to give a coal to a man if he comes in while making the churning.
