    Place Names.
    1. "Ardosloch" was called (field) first "Baile Sean Mhor" because there were only a few small houses in it first and then they got knocked. That is how it got its name "Sean Baile Mhor."
    2. "Bealach Dubh" which means the black way.
    3. "Carrintubber" the hill of the well.
    4. There is a holy well near the graveyard of Kiltullagh. It is called St. Brigid's Well and it was blessed by a priest.
    5. "Gort Clochar" the field with stones.
    6. Rabbit Burrow because there used to be rabbits there in that field.
    7. Kitty Daley's field.
    8. Rielley's field.
    9. Kitchen Garden because it is opposite the kitchen.
    10. "Gort Ard" the high field.
    11. The lawn
    12. Bull Park field. It is near a forest.
    13. The "Prakine" because it was not tilled for ten or eleven years.
    14. The stubble field because there was oats one year and potatoes the next year.
    15. "Loch Lurgan" the lake of worms.
    16. "Cnocan na Neadracha" the hill of the nests.
