  1. In my district there are a lot of local monuments for instance The monument of Bishop Burke. This monument was built in the year eighteen hundred and twenty one. This monument is in the middle of the Kilcroan graveyard and it cloks looks very old. This monument is made of stone and there are two walls of it standing yet. This monument is surrounded by an iron bar and it is very broad and high. Bishop Burke is buried in the Kilcroan graveyard Baltimore Co Galways and it is said that this monument is over him. Bishop Burke was said to live Turla Ballymoe Co Galway and it is said that there is the of ruins of a big house there
