Deffier upper and Lower or Mullagh na Gluck and Mulling a gCoillte belong to La Touche who lived in Drumhorney beside village of Leitrim.
McKeon was an Agent for La Touche and a bad one he was.

McKeon was fired at twice. He got off the first time but the second attack was at the place where Phil Ward lives today. The attacker found that the gun was not able to shoot McKeon. He then knocked McKeon into a drain and had him almost drowned when people came the way and McKeon was saved.
