    "Whiskey I adore"
    As I went out a walking one evening in last May
    Paddy McAuley's ass began to roar. Jon could hear him miles away.
    But another voice more shrill than that drew my attention more
    It was Paddy's Tom who sang a song beyond the Coillte shore
    Said he as I went in to Mooney's shop and put my back up to the wall
    I drank away the whole four day but "sára [?]" one drop I called.
    They rose a row, I don't know how, but they rolled me on the floor
    I let a shout to let me out for it's
    Whiskey I adore
    As I went home by Thomas Lees the other night two barrow pigs lay sleeping in the sty
    I envied them their happiness, how snugly they did lie
    But like them too I would drink my fill and like them I would snore
    Said Paddy's Tom who sang his song beyond a Coillte shore
