  1. There is a ghost in a house of Mrs Stud in the townland of Mullaghduff. This woman saw a man standing in the room door. One night there was a weight left on her feet and when she got up she could see nothing. Every night the mugs and cups start rattling on the dresser. The house is situated on the bank of the river Sceanda. There is a stone in the middle of the river and every night at twelve o'clock something starts rattling at the stone.
