    cold from their systems. Hot punch and bed finished the cure. This custom has not been in vogue for at least thirty hears.
    These houses which were built entirely of mud had a flag floor and a hole in the roof to let out the smoke.
    When sufficient temperature was obtained rushes were spread on the floor which was almost 'red hot' and the 'sitting' commmenced.
