If ever you happen to go on the Drumkeeran road some of the old people in that district will be able to show you a house where once a blacksmith lived.

    (continued from previous page)
mother-in-law and your wife and the one I'm going to make be her daughter and the boys wife"
says the stranger and sure enough he made another woman for the boy.
None of the neighbours could believe their eyes when they saw the smiths wife but they began to believe when they saw she knew them all.
The smith told them also how a stranger had come and transform them. They all lived happy and when the smith died the boy got the place and had a big family and they all lived happy together.
