    9. "Cul Garbh" so called because it is boggy land.
    10 "The old gardens" Those are old gardens belonging to a family of Donohue's.
    11 "Garrdha Murchadha" so called because a family of Murphys lived there long ago.

  2. 1 "Cnuic Nóra" It was said that a man killed a woman named Nora on this hill and that she was buried there but her grave cannot now be identified.
    2. Lios an Puca" It was so called because it was haunted by fairies.
    3. "The Fort" which means a Rath. Tradition tells us that fairies dwelt there long ago.
    4 "The Lisheen" It is so called because children were buried there.
