  1. Kinds of Bread.
    The different kinds of bread the people ate long ago are. Boxty bread, potato cake, oaten meal cake, pancake, griddle cake, flour cake and the cáca poca.
    Ingredients of each kind.
    Boxty bread.
    The raw potatoes were scraped squeezed in to some kind of vessel then that is left up for a while. Then the starch that is left in the bottom is mixed with the scraped potatoes and baked. The people made it various ways.
    Potato cake.
    Potato cake was made from potatoes and flour.
