We spray twice in misty seasons. We dig the potatoes in October. We dig them with a potato fork. Then we pick them.
We store them in pits every year.
We dig a trench six-inches deep and about two feet wide. Then we heap the potatoes cone-shaped. Then we cover them with seasoned bog-scraws. Then we put a layer of clay over the scraws to protect the potatoes from the rain and frost.
