  1. During the war in Ireland when the Black and Tans were sent over by England to subdue the Irish Rebels one of the Black and Tans whilst strolling along a street in a certain town in Ireland met an old lady.
    Wishing to have some fun at the old ladie's expense he said "Good morning Granny. Don't you know me."
    The old lady replied, "No sir I do not", "Well then I am the devil's sister's son." The old lady looked at him and said "You look more like your Uncle than your Mother, Sir."
