  1. There is a lake outside Clifden called Loughawna lake. One time when the lake was covered with ice a big animal rose up and broke the ice accross the lake he was nearly the length of the lake and was something like a horse. Often an animal like a horse but has a tail about a perch long is seen in the morning on the shore eating. One day a horse was eating near the lake and the animal came up to him.
